Hurting or helping tourism: Black's Beach bares all

Some San Diegans are staying far away from the beach that some surfers claim has the best beach tricks around. A two-mile long area of Black’s Beach, formally known as Torrey Pines Beach, is also home to a nudist colony. Although the group tries to pitch in by helping to clean up the beach, many locals and tourists say they cannot fully enjoy Black’s because of the clothing-optional aspect. They would like stricter enforcement of anti-nudity laws, but that doesn't appear to be happening.
