Bottlehood gives glass a new home
A San Diego company’s environmentally friendly focus gives glassware a new life by using all parts of a bottle to create light fixtures, bracelets, napkin holders and a wide variety of other products. They started out by selling their repurposed glassware at the Hillcrest Farmers Market. Restaurants like Urban Solace and Starlite are just a few of the local eateries that donate to Bottlehood. And, with the growth of the company they’ve started receiving custom requests from people who have held onto their favorite glass containers for years and are hoping to turn them into something useful.More Headlines
