SLIDESHOW: Biotechnology industry continues to prosper in San Diego

CelGene is one of the many biotechnology companies in San Diego looking to defy the odds and work through the innate ups and downs of drug discovery. With close to 200 employees in its San Diego division, CelGene is involved in the research, development and eventual sale of disease treatments.
